STACEY'S PRECIOUS PUPPIES- 48 Hr Warranty
The puppy is warranteed to be in good health to the best of my knowledge at the time of sale, and had temporary vaccinations against distemper and parvo. The customer has 48 hours to have the puppy examined by a vet at your expense to verify that it is in good health. The buyer understands that no condition that is treatable, correctable, breed related, or a condition that the puppy will outgrow is covered by this agreement. (Including worms, coccidiosis, mites, cherry eye, umbilical hernias, inguinal hernias, or open fontonals) which are not considered life threatening if treated properly. If the vet finds anything seriously wrong with the puppy a letter must be provided and the pup must be returned within the guaranteed period. In this event the puppy will be replaced with one of equal value at once or when one is available. No Cash refunds will be given. No Vet expenses will be paid. In the event of death, the pup must be examined to determine the cause. NOT HAVING THE PUPPY EXAMINED BY A LICENSED VETERINARIAN WITHIN THE 48 HOUR PERIOD WILL VOID THIS CONTRACT.
The seller assumes no responsiblility on this puppy after leaving the premises, medical expenses, mortality, landlords disapproval, allergy to animals, disagreement of family or for any other reason. A puppy is not a pair of shoes to take home and try out. It is further understood that no warranty or representation has been made with the respect to sold puppy, except set forth in writing in this agreement. Seller makes no guarantees as to size, color, breeding ability or disposition of your pet. We are NOT responsible for any vet bills incurred by you.
Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) is a serious health problem but is excluded from this warranty because it is usually caused by too little food and is within your control. Buyer must realize that tiny puppies must be fed often (every 3-4 hours, or leave food where the puppy can get to it at all times) and must be given Nutrical by mouth. In an emergency puppy can be given Karo syrup. By signing this you are acknowledging that you have been informed of the special care required for a tiny puppy and that you do understand and are prepared to provide such care.
Any evidence of neglect which includes not making sure the puppy eats properly, ensuring his blood sugar doesnt drop, unsupervised child play, contact with other dogs, or abuse of any nature will void this contract.
By signing this agreement the buyer is relinquishing his/her right to return the dog for congenital or hereditary disorders. The buyer has 48 normal business hours, excluding weekends and holidays in which to have the animal examined by a vet, if at the time of sale, the animal was unfit for purchase due to a congenital or hereditary disorder the puppy will be replaced. Internal or external parasites are not grounds for declaring a dog unfit.
By Purchasing this puppy from Staceys Precious Puppies and by signing this agreement the buyer indicates that he/she has read, understands and agrees to the terms in this contract.
